The Crystal-Tex lateral panels are made of a powder coated aluminium structure and highly resistant transparent PVC (Crystal). We have designed a modular system of lateral panels which are very easy to install and remove.

Crystaltex – ETFE – The Best Quality in Whole World

All parts of our roof structures have been tested to ensure the utmost efficiency and reliability of ours retractable roofs. Specialised engineers periodically perform safety tests to evaluate the strength of our aluminum structures (aluminium patio enclosure). All tests are performed under severe conditions, with extremely precise processes that ensure a very high level of safety in order to comply with the international standards.

First rate materials

Aluminium: The supporting structures of our commercial coverings and residential coverings are made of aluminum (aluminium patio enclosure), alloy 6063, which offers the following advantages: Being ductile and tensile, it allows the creation of unique shapes for our projects It is resistant to flexion and compression It is lightweight It is resistant to abrasion and erosion The aluminium is powder-coated with epoxy paint, highly resistant to shocks and inclement weather and guaranteed for about 20 years.

Components, nuts and bolts:

All components are designed by our engineering department and manufactured in our workshop. We have a foundry where the materials are melted at the temperature of 600-700°, a procedure that ensures the highest quality possible.

Motor certifications:

All motors used for our retractable roofs, retractable skylights, retractable sunrooms are certified UL 1004 – Electric Motors for the USA, CSA C22.2 No. 100-95 for Canada and CEE for Europe..

Fabric certifications:
