Rooftop Enclosures are a modern solution that combine aesthetics, functionality, and durability for year-round use. Designed to provide optimal comfort, Rooftop Enclosures can be heated during winter and cooled in summer, ensuring a perfect environment regardless of the season. Additionally, these enclosures come with an integrated drainage system that efficiently collects and channels rainwater away, preventing any accumulation or damage from the elements.

The enclosure features a powder-coated aluminum structure that guarantees it will never rust, offering longevity and minimal maintenance over time. Its durable design can withstand high winds of up to 120 mph and heavy snow loads, ensuring safety and resilience even in extreme weather conditions. The enclosure can be heated in winter and cooled in summer, creating a comfortable space throughout the year.

The enclosure also includes a built-in water canalization system to prevent water accumulation. Additionally, an optional multilayer system called Stratustex is available upon request, which prevents condensation from forming, adding further convenience and comfort.

The Telescopic Roof system is entirely trackless, meaning no rails are needed on the ground. It is customizable to fit any area without requiring a platform foundation. For enhanced flexibility, it can be equipped with screen enclosures, providing additional protection and functionality. The lateral panels of the enclosure are independent from the roof, fully removable, and can either be fixed or sliding, depending on the user’s needs. The entire structure is designed to be fully removable and is not classified as a permanent fixture.

This type of roof is the fixed version of the Retractable Roof, providing a versatile and durable solution for outdoor coverage.
